Grilled Bbq Country Pork Ribs

  1. Mix the spices together in a small bowl.
  2. Rub the mixture on the country style pork ribs and place them in zippered plastic bag for 2 hours or up to 24 hours.
  3. Heat your gas grill to high and let it come to the full temperature.
  4. Turn off half of the burners (I have a 4 burner grill - I turn off 2 of them)
  5. Place the country pork ribs on the half that has no direct heat. Let them cook for about 30 minutes and then turn.
  6. After about an hour, begin to baste them with the Heinz Texas Bold & Spicy BBQ Sauce. Continue to turn and baste every 15 minutes.
  7. When the meat begins to fall off the bone, place them on the heat side of the grill and baste again. Flip after about 5 minutes and baste again. Remove from the heat when the sauce is nice and bubbly. Enjoy.
  8. NOTE: If you don't have a gas grill you can still make these ribs. If using charcoal, just move the coals to one side of the grill and cook on the other side. You don't want direct heat until the end.
