Spring Cupcakes

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Cupcake Preparation:
  3. Cream the butter in a bowl.
  4. Add sugar, and mix thoroughly.
  5. Add eggs, one by one, mix.
  6. Add half the flour, the baking powder, half the milk, and the vanilla powder.
  7. Mix well.
  8. Add remaining flour and milk, and mix again.
  9. The batter should be smooth and uniform.
  10. Pour in muffin pans.
  11. Bake for 25 minutes.
  12. Icing Preparation:
  13. In a bowl, mix softened butter and confectioner's sugar until the mixture is pale.
  14. Add water, mix to smooth.
  15. Add vanilla powder. Finish mixing.
  16. Once the cakes are cooled, glaze with a butter knife. Cover frosting with white sugar paste disk.
  17. Use pink and light pink sugar paste to make roses.
  18. Using a cookie press, form flowers, and decorate as you wish. Sprinkle with edible glitter.
