Mini Pizza Spirals
- 8 ounces pizza dough fresh, chilled
- 1/4 cup tomato paste
- 1/2 bunch fresh parsley leaves finely chopped
- 1/2 tablespoon dried thyme
- 1/2 tablespoon dried oregano
- 1 sprig rosemary leaves fresh, finely chopped
- 3 1/2 ounces salami thinly sliced
- 5 ounces olives stuffed, coarsely chopped
- 3 1/2 ounces gouda cheese grated
- Preheat oven to 400u0b0F. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Roll pizza dough out on a floured work surface into a 16x12 inch rectangle. Cut dough in 1/2 to create two long, thin strips. Spread tomato paste over each strip, keeping a border of about 1/2 inch along one long edge. Sprinkle with fresh and dried herbs. Arrange salami, olives then cheese over top. Roll up dough into a thin log, moistening clean border with water to seal. Transfer to prepared baking sheets and bake for 14-15 mins. Cut into slices. Serve hot or cold.
