Vitamin Salad

  1. Salad Preparation:

  3. Cook the wild rice. Follow the package instructions. The cooking time is about 25 minutes.
  4. Drain and cool.
  5. Peel the citrus fruit, cut into pieces, mix in rice, grapes, fennel, and nuts.
  6. Sprinkle with crumbled feta cheese and fresh dill.
  7. Salad Dressing Preparation:
  8. Mix dijon mustard, honey, apple cider vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
