Vitamin Salad

- nuts Grenoble walnuts, almonds, sunflower seeds, cashew
- 1 cup wild rice
- 1 orange or 1 grapefruit, or both
- grapes white
- fennel
- 70 grams feta
- dill
- salad dressing
- dijon mustard
- honey
- apple cider vinegar
- olive oil
- salt
- ground black pepper
- Salad Preparation:
- Toast the nuts in a small frying pan for 5 minutes or until a little brown.
- Cook the wild rice. Follow the package instructions. The cooking time is about 25 minutes.
- Drain and cool.
- Peel the citrus fruit, cut into pieces, mix in rice, grapes, fennel, and nuts.
- Sprinkle with crumbled feta cheese and fresh dill.
- Salad Dressing Preparation:
- Mix dijon mustard, honey, apple cider vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
