Sesame Crusted Fish With Asian Noodles
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp all purpose four
- 4 filets dover sole, about 6 oz each
- 4 tablespoons peanut oil
- 3 cups broccoli florets
- 1 head bok choy quartered and washed
- 1 bunch asparagus trimmed, cut into 2 inch lengths
- 1 pound hokkien noodles packet fresh thin, separated
- 1/4 cup oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 red chili long, thinly sliced
- lime wedges to serve
- Combine the sesame seeds and flour on a plate. Dip the fish into the mixture to coat, pressing firmly.
- Heat half of the oil in a large frying pan over a high heat. Cook the fish for 2-3 mins each side until cooked through. Drain on paper towels. Keep warm.
- Heat the remaining oil in a wok. Stir-fry the vegetables for 2-3 mins until just tender. Add the noodles, oyster sauce, sesame oil and chili. Stir-fry for 1-2 mins until heated through.
- Serve the stir-fry with the fish.
