Soft White Chocolate Chip Cookies With Cranberries And Pecans

  1. With a food processor, beat the butter and sugar until creamy.
  2. Add the eggs and vanilla extract, beat until smooth.
  3. Add the flour and baking soda, mix well.
  4. Stir in chocolate, cranberries and pecans.
  5. Store the dough in the refrigerator for 1 hour wrapped in plastic.
  6. Preheat oven to 205 degrees Celsius.
  7. With a teaspoon, make small balls of dough, arrange them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Flatten slightly and bake for 7-9 minutes.
  8. Allow to cool on a wire rack for 10 minutes before serving.
