Brunswick Stew
- 1 lb. ground pork
- 1 lb. ground turkey
- 1/4 c. mustard
- 3 large potatoes
- 3 large onions
- 1 can whole kernel corn
- 1 can garden peas
- 2 c. catsup
- 3 (28 oz.) cans tomatoes, crushed
- 1 Tbsp. liquid smoke
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- garlic salt
- hot sauce
- salt and pepper
- Put your pork and turkey in a large pot and add 2 cups water. Bring to a boil and turn on medium heat for 15 minutes.
- Cut and dice onions and potatoes small and add to meat.
- Cook for a few minutes and add corn and garden peas.
- Let cook until everything is tender.
- Then add tomatoes, catsup, mustard, liquid smoke, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper and hot sauce.
- Let cook on low for about 30 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Extra can be frozen.
