Italian Pork Sandwiches
- 2 pounds ground pork
- 1 can tomato sauce 15 oz
- 1 1/2 cups chopped onion
- 1 can pizza sauce 8 oz
- 3 garlic cloves minced
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon fennel seed
- 3 dashes hot pepper sauce
- 15 hard rolls individual, split
- 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- In large skillet quickly brown half the pork at a time; drain well. Transfer meat to crockery cooker. Stir in tomato sauce, onion, pizza sauce, garlic, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, salt, fennel, and hot pepper sauce. Cover and cook on LOW for 8 to 10 hours.
- Fill hard rolls with meat mixture; sprinkle mozzarella atop.
