Italian Pork Sandwiches

  1. In large skillet quickly brown half the pork at a time; drain well. Transfer meat to crockery cooker. Stir in tomato sauce, onion, pizza sauce, garlic, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, salt, fennel, and hot pepper sauce. Cover and cook on LOW for 8 to 10 hours.
  2. Fill hard rolls with meat mixture; sprinkle mozzarella atop.
