Spaghetti Chop Suey
- 4 large onions, chopped
- 2 bunches celery, chopped
- 4 green peppers, chopped
- 2 large cans tomatoes
- 2 large cans tomato sauce
- 1 large can water
- 1 lb. sausage
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1 lb. Longhorn cheese, sliced
- 1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, sliced
- 1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, sliced
- 1/2 lb. Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 lb. Romano cheese
- 2 to 3 lb. spaghetti, cooked
- 1 stick butter
- Saute vegetables in butter until tender.
- Add tomato sauce, water, salt and pepper to taste; simmer 45 minutes.
- Brown all meat.
- In a large casserole, layer, starting with spaghetti, sauce, meats and cheeses.
- Keep layering and finish with cheese layer.
