Berry Summer Salad With Blackberry Vinaigrette

• 1/2 cup Smucker's(R) Natural Blackberry Fruit Spread
• 2 tablespoons Crisco(R) Pure Vegetable Oil
• 2 tablespoons white vinegar
• 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon pepper
• 5 ounces spring mix salad greens
• 1 cup strawberries sliced
• 1 tangerine or orange, peeled, seeded, separated into pieces
• 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
• 1/4 cup sunflower kernels
• 2 green onions thinly sliced
• 1/3 cup crumbled blue cheese

1. WHISK fruit spread, oil, vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper in medium bowl until blended.
2. PLACE salad greens, strawberries, tangerine, blueberries, sunflower kernels and green onions in large salad bowl. Toss gently to blend ingredients.
3. TOP with dressing just before serving. Toss to coat. Sprinkle with blue cheese.
