Slow Cook Barbecued Ribs

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  2. Roll ribs in flour and arrange on a rack in a roasting pan.
  3. Brown ribs on upper level of oven for 30 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, mix chili sauce, beer, garlic, sugar, vinegar, mustard, and Tabasco.
  5. Pour 1/3 of the sauce into a crock pot.
  6. Arrange onion rings and ribs in pot and put remaining sauce over all.
  7. Cover and cook on low setting for 7 hours or high for 4 hours.
  8. Goes well with noodles.
  9. Serves 4.
  10. Ribs can also be baked in a casserole dish for 2 hours at 350 degrees.
