Ham-It-Up Crescent Snacks
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
- 4 thin slices (4 x 7-inch) or 8 thin slices (3 3/4-inch square) ham
- 4 tsp. prepared mustard (Dijon is great)
- 4 oz. (1 c.) shredded Swiss or Cheddar cheese
- 2 Tbsp. sesame seed (optional)
- Heat oven to 375u0b0.
- Unroll dough into 4 long rectangles. Firmly press perforations to seal.
- Place ham slices on rectangles. Spread with mustard, then sprinkle with cheese.
- Starting at shortest side, roll up each rectangle; press edges to seal.
- Coat rolls with sesame seed (optional).
- Cut each roll into 8 slices, forming 32 slices.
- Place cut side down on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375u0b0 for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. Immediately remove from cookie sheet.
- May be made ahead. Refrigerate whole rolls in airtight container until ready to slice and bake.
