Greek Hamburgers

  1. Mix the meat with the egg, garlic, peppermint, and paprika. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Shape the meat into beef patties and cook on both sides until golden brown.
  2. Heat the pita bread, cut it in half, and drizzle with olive oil.
  3. On top of one of the halves add the lettuce, cucumber, and meat. Drizzle with the red wine vinegar and add the rest of the ingredients. Cover with the other half of the pita bread.
  4. Serve immediately.
