Indoor Barbecued Alligator(Seminole Style)

  1. Mix liquid
  2. smoke,
  3. juices,
  4. water
  5. and
  6. Worcestershire sauce. Add meat and
  7. letttand
  8. in refrigerator for 12 to 24 hours, up to 48
  9. hours won't hurt.
  10. Keep covered and turn meat often during the
  11. day.
  12. Remove meat from marinade and place in a shallow, oiled baking
  13. pan.
  14. Place
  15. in
  16. atreheated oven at 300u0b0 for 2 hours, basting
  17. with melted butter to which some of the marinade has been added.
  18. Lower heat to 275u0b0 and continue baking until tender.
