Salad Jars With Tomato Cream Dressing

  1. Fit KitchenAid(R) 7 cup Food Processor with slicing blade and lock lid onto bowl, turn unit on high and put baby romaine lettuce in feed tube and slice on low, put tomatoes in the feed tube and slice, when done press high to turn unit off. Replace the slicing blade with the shredding blade attach lid, turn unit on high and one by one load the carrots, cucumber, onion and celery through the feed tube and with the food pusher when complete press high to turn unit off, keep vegetables in separate container and put wet vegetables on paper towels to drain excess water.
  2. To prepare dressing, fit KitchenAid(R) 7 cup Food Processor wit bowl and Multi Purpose Blade, add buttermilk, mayonnaise, greek yogurt, dill, parsley, sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, salt, pepper, chives and vinegar to bowl and secure lid. Turn unit on high and process until smooth, when done press high to turn unit off and set aside.
  3. To portion salads use 8, 3-cup mason jars or any other container about that size. Start with lettuce divided equally between the jars, continue the same process with the carrots, cucumber, celery, red onion, tomato, white beans, corn, eggs, couscous, pistachios, cherries, feta cheese and bacon. Serve with dressing on the side.
