Grilled Pork Chops And Peaches
- 4 pork chops boneless
- 4 teaspoons olive oil
- 4 peaches halved
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried sage
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon ground pepper
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon lime zest and juice
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- Combine all ingredients, except the peaches, in a ziploc bag to coat the pork chops and set aside to marinade for at least 2 hours.
- Once you're ready to grill, place the pork chops on the grill and cook 3 minutes per side or until pork is done.
- At the same time, drizzle the peaches with a tiny bit of olive oil and place flesh side down for about 1-2 minutes then flip.
- Once you remove them, sprinkle with a tiny bit of salt and a drizzle of honey. I could fill my belly up on grilled peaches alone. Make sure you get a bit of peach and pork with each bite. The combo is heaven.
