Spinach & Bacon Dog Biscuits
- 1 cup brown rice flour
- 1/2 cup spinach diced, fresh or blanched and frozen
- rice flakes for decoration
- 1/3 cup diced bacon pan fried or oven baked preferred plus extra for decoration
- 1 cup pumpkin mashed, or sweet potato
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- Preheat oven to about 180 degrees Celsius (160 fan forced)
- Line several baking trays with greaseproof paper
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl, mixing until completely combined.
- Roll out tablespoons of mixture into balls and place evenly a few cms apart on a baking tray.
- Press down with a fork and top with remaining bacon bits or rice flakes.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until dry.
- Turn off oven and let biscuits cool inside with the oven door cracked.
- Refrigerate after the first day of baking.
