Mixed Vegetable Casserole

  1. Boil vegetables 5 minutes.
  2. (Not green beans or artichoke hearts, if canned.)
  3. Drain and alternate vegetables in a casserole dish with water chestnuts, mushrooms, onion and cheese.
  4. Pour soup over ingredients.
  5. Bake in 350 degree oven until thoroughly heated (about 30 minutes).
  6. This dish may be frozen or prepared early and stored in refrigerator until ready to bake.
