Creamy Chicken Fillets With Crispy Baked Patatoes
- 1 chicken fillet
- 4 fresh mushrooms
- 1 box of pana
- 1 tbs of olive oil
- 1/2 tbs of salt
- at the end some black pepper
- for the patatoes
- 2 medium patatoes
- 1/2 tbs olive oil
- 1/2 tbs butter
- some salt
- For the sauce. you need first to cut the fillets into cubes and the mushrooms in the same way then let them rest in a bowl with a little bit of salt for 5 min. when this step is done you can pass to the other.
- In a pan add the olive oil and the fillets with the mushrooms in the same time. Be sure that the fillets are fried a little then cover the pan for two min. The mushrooms will let go their juice that makes this dish so tasteful. When the mushrooms are soft and juicy add the pana and let it thick enough. then you are ready to serve don't let it to much because it will thick too much.
- The patatoes are made before the sauce because the sauce must be hot. As the first step you must peel and cut the patatoe in kubes.
- Add them in the baking pan covered with baking paper with the olive oil the butter and the salt stir and then bake them for 20 min in 200 degrees. when you see that they are crispy they are ready to serve.
