Apple Pie Smoothie Bowl
- 1 apple
- 1/4 cup greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 1/2 tablespoons oats
- 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1 apple
- 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup

- 1/3 cup toasted walnuts
- 1/3 cup goji berries
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- Attach the KitchenAid(R) Spiralizer Plus with Peel, Core and Slice to the power hub of the KitchenAid(R) Stand Mixer. Spiralize the apple with your desired blade size.
- Place the apple, Greek yogurt, water, oats, pure maple syrup, and ground cinnamon in the KitchenAid(R) TorrentTM Magnetic Drive Blender. Set to the smoothie program and press "start."

- Add the coconut oil, spiralized apple, maple syrup, and cinnamon to the pan, and saute, stirring, until the apple is al dente.
- Pour the smoothie into a shallow bowl. Top with sauteed apple noodles, walnuts, goji berries, and chia seeds. Serve immediately.
