Fresh Spinach And Gorgonzola Dip

  1. Clean spinach and pat dry. Toss the garlic with the spinach.
  2. Heat a large frying pan with the olive oil and carefully add the spinach and garlic.
  3. Add the salt and red pepper flakes and toss until lightly wilted.
  4. Remove from the heat and place in a colander over a bowl to drain.
  5. For the Dip:
  6. Place all of the above in a food processor and process until desired consistency.
  7. Serve with your favorite crackers or veggies.
