Steamed Dinner

  1. Peel potatoes and slice lengthwise.
  2. Sprinkle with ground pepper and salt.
  3. Steam for 8 to 10 minutes (until done).
  4. Wash and trim ends off zucchini.
  5. Slice lengthwise.
  6. Sprinkle dill and pepper on top.
  7. Steam for 4 to 5 minutes (until done).
  8. Wash and trim leaves and bottom off leek.
  9. Cut very thin strips about 3 inches long.
  10. Wash mushrooms and cut into fourths.
  11. Roll lemon well and cut in half.
  12. Juice.
  13. Warm 1 teaspoon of olive oil in pan. Sprinkle leek strips in pan.
  14. Pour mushrooms over leeks.
  15. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon dill and 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper.
  16. Add 1 tablespoon lemon juice and increase heat.
  17. Add 1/3 cup Chablis or white wine. Shake mixture slightly.
  18. Place halibut on top of mixture.
  19. Sprinkle sea salt and ground pepper over fish.
  20. Put lid on and steam until done.
