Orient Express Chicken Breasts

  1. Heat the oil in a saucepan, add onion, ginger and oyster sauce.
  2. Pour sauce on the chicken breasts and let stand for 5 minutes.
  3. While sauteeing, add the marinated chicken breasts.
  4. Save the marinade of teriyaki sauce.
  5. Stir
  6. the chicken to coat with the sauteed ingredients.
  7. Keep covered for 25 minutes and simmer. Add soy sauce and remaining marinade.
  8. Let boil.
  9. Season to taste. Add snow peas and coriander in the last few minutes of cooking. Serve hot.
