Four Cheese Roasted Broccolini And Tomato Gluten-Free Pizza
- DiGiorno Ultra-Thin Four Cheese Gluten-Free Pizza
- 1/2 white onion small, diced
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 1 head broccolini cut into florets
- 1/2 tablespoon dried rosemary or fresh, minced
- 2 small tomatoes sliced
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese shredded, optional
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Preheat oven to 425u0b0F and prep the vegetables
- Place the pizza in the oven and set the timer for 10 minutes
- While the pizza cooks, heat a saucepan over medium-high heat and add the olive oil. Saute the onions for about 2 minutes, then add the garlic, broccolini and rosemary. Cover and cook for another 8 minutes, or until the broccolini begins to soften
- Remove the pizza from the oven and layer on the sliced tomatoes, the broccolini mixture, and the optional garnish of Parmesan
- Place the pizza back in the oven and finish baking for 3-5 minutes. Remove the pizza and enjoy!
