Four Cheese Roasted Broccolini And Tomato Gluten-Free Pizza

  1. Preheat oven to 425u0b0F and prep the vegetables
  2. Place the pizza in the oven and set the timer for 10 minutes
  3. While the pizza cooks, heat a saucepan over medium-high heat and add the olive oil. Saute the onions for about 2 minutes, then add the garlic, broccolini and rosemary. Cover and cook for another 8 minutes, or until the broccolini begins to soften
  4. Remove the pizza from the oven and layer on the sliced tomatoes, the broccolini mixture, and the optional garnish of Parmesan
  5. Place the pizza back in the oven and finish baking for 3-5 minutes. Remove the pizza and enjoy!
