Layered Rocky Road

  1. Prepare a bread tin by lining it with cling wrap, overlapping all sides.
  2. Melt the chocolate with the cream
  3. Set aside to cool down
  4. Start layering the rocky road by placing the biscuits flat into the bread tin.
  5. Make sure the chocolate ganache is divided evenly for all 3 layers.
  6. Follow with a layer of the chocolate ganache, and then the marshmallows.
  7. After the marshmallows cover the chocolate with another layer of chocolate, then crushed nuts and biscuits with the final layer of chocolate ganache.
  8. After the marshmallows cover the chocolate with another layer of chocolate, then crushed nuts and biscuits with the final layer of chocolate ganache.
  9. Place in the fridge until set.
  10. Cut into 8 squares and serve.
