Layered Rocky Road
- 200 grams dark chocolate
- 100 milliliters cream
- 1/2 biscuits pack, tennis/ chocolate/ vanilla
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/4 cup pecan nuts / almonds
- 8 eggs hollow/ filled easter
- Prepare a bread tin by lining it with cling wrap, overlapping all sides.
- Melt the chocolate with the cream
- Set aside to cool down
- Start layering the rocky road by placing the biscuits flat into the bread tin.
- Make sure the chocolate ganache is divided evenly for all 3 layers.
- Follow with a layer of the chocolate ganache, and then the marshmallows.
- After the marshmallows cover the chocolate with another layer of chocolate, then crushed nuts and biscuits with the final layer of chocolate ganache.

- Place in the fridge until set.
- Cut into 8 squares and serve.
