Crockpot Philly Cheesesteak
- 2 pounds round steak sliced
- 4 onions sliced
- 2 green bell peppers sliced
- 2 tablespoons butter melted
- 1 tablespoon garlic pepper blend
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 teaspoons beef bouillon granules
- 8 crusty Italian rolls
- 8 slices cheddar cheese cut in half
- salt
- Combine steak, butter, onions, bell peppers, garlic pepper blend, salt and pepper into crockpot. Stir to mix.
- Stir together water and bouillon in small bowl; pour into crockpot.
- Cover and cook on low for 7 hours.
- Remove meat, onions and bell peppers from the crockpot.
- Put cheese into bowl and melt in microwave for about 30 seconds or until slightly melted.
- Pile onto the rolls and top the beef with cheese.
