Creamy Cheesecake

  1. Combine crumbs, 1/2 cup sugar, and margarine; press into bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Soften gelatin in combined water and lemon juice; stir over low heat until dissolved. Combine cream cheese, 1/4 cup sugar, and milk, mixing at medium speed on electric mixer until well blended. Stir in gelatin mixture. Chill until slightly thickened; fold in whipped cream. Pour into crust; chill until firm. Top with strawberries before serving.
