Yogurt Cake With Peanut Butter
- 7 1/8 tablespoons margarine softened
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 3 large eggs
- 4 medium eggs
- 2 natural yogurts
- 1/2 cup milk
- 9/16 cup peanut butter
- 2 3/4 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- Grease a bundt cake pan with margarine and sprinkle with flour. Set aside.
- In a large bowl and using an electric mixer, beat margarine with sugar very well. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating constantly between each addition.
- Then add the yogurt, milk, and peanut butter.
- Mix well until you get a homogeneous batter.
- Finally, add the flour, baking powder, and baking soda. Stir until well blended. The batter gets thick and heavy, despite the cake being soft and fluffy.
- Bake for 40 minutes.
- Check the cooking with a toothpick. Remove from the oven, unmold, and let cool.
