Yogurt Cake With Peanut Butter

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  2. Grease a bundt cake pan with margarine and sprinkle with flour. Set aside.
  3. In a large bowl and using an electric mixer, beat margarine with sugar very well. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating constantly between each addition.
  4. Then add the yogurt, milk, and peanut butter.
  5. Mix well until you get a homogeneous batter.
  6. Finally, add the flour, baking powder, and baking soda. Stir until well blended. The batter gets thick and heavy, despite the cake being soft and fluffy.
  7. Bake for 40 minutes.
  8. Check the cooking with a toothpick. Remove from the oven, unmold, and let cool.
