Irish Seed And Butter Bread With Dill And Goat Cheese

  1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
  2. Mix pumpkin, sunflower, and sesame seeds together.
  3. In a bowl, pour in the flours, baking soda, and oats.
  4. Add 4 teaspoons of seeds, milk, and honey.
  5. Mix with a wooden spoon.
  6. Place the dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Form a ball of dough with floured hands.
  7. You can also bake in a cake pan (photo above).
  8. Glaze the top of the bread with a little milk, and sprinkle the remaining seeds on top.
  9. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
  10. In a bowl, mash the butter with a fork, add the chopped dill, and coarse salt.
  11. Mix well to obtain a homogeneous butter. Add the crumbled goat cheese and pepper.
  12. Mix quickly to avoid crushing the cheese too much.
  13. Refrigerate to harden.
  14. Serve with warm bread.
