Lemon And Garlic Chicken Wings

  1. Preheat oven to gas mark 6/200u0b0C/180u0b0C fan/400u0b0F.
  2. Slice the top off the garlic bulbs so that you can just see the tips of the cloves. Wrap each loosely in foil and roast for 30 mins until it feels quite soft.
  3. Once cool enough to handle squeeze the garlic from the bulbs and either blend or mash into a paste. Mix with the Flora Buttery (the Flora Buttery will melt but that's fine) and finally add the lemon juice.
  4. Massage over the chicken wings and cover and return to the fridge for as long as you can (overnight is best).
  5. After wings have been marinated, preheat oven to 200u0b0C/Gas mark 6.
  6. After the wings have been marinated, pop them into a large roasting tin.
  7. Roast for about 60 minutes, turning occasionally, until the skins are crispy and the meat is falling off the bones. Serve with a green salad.
