Lasagna Casserole

  1. Brown meat in olive oil.
  2. Add garlic, salt and pepper.
  3. Cook slowly for 10 minutes.
  4. Add tomatoes and tomato sauce mixed with spaghetti sauce mix.
  5. Stir in thoroughly.
  6. Cover and simmer 30 minutes.
  7. Boil lasagna noodles in salted water until tender. Drain and rinse.
  8. Pour 1/3 of meat sauce into 12 x 8 x 2-inch dish.
  9. Cover with layer of lasagna noodles, then layer of Mozzarella cheese and spoonfuls of cottage cheese.
  10. Repeat layers, ending with meat sauce.
  11. Top with Parmesan cheese.
  12. Bake at 350u0b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
