Earl Grey Creme & Clementine Supremes

  1. Supreme the clementines and set aside.
  2. Soak the tea bags in a small amount of hot water for a few minutes.
  3. In a medium-size saucepan, stir together cream, brewed tea, and tea bags over low heat for at least 10-15 minutes.
  4. Remove teabags.
  5. Add the sugar and powdered sugar, continue stirring.
  6. Add agar agar, bring to boil, stirring continuously.
  7. Once the mixture has slightly thickened, remove from heat.
  8. Add milk and ground vanilla, mix.
  9. Divide the cream in 8 small dessert cups, and refrigerate for least 2 hours, or until mixture sets completely.
  10. To serve, top off with clementine supremes.
