Maca Golden Milk
- 1/4 cup ground turmeric
- 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon maca powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla bean powder
- 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- 1 cup full fat coconut milk
- 2 cups boiling water
- 4 medjool dates pitted
- 2 teaspoons maca golden spice blend
- 1 pinch sea salt flakes
- To make the spice blend, add the turmeric, cinnamon, maca powder, ginger, vanilla bean powder, and black pepper to a small jar. Whisk to combine. Seal with a lid and store in a cool, dark place.
- To make the Maca Golden Milk, add the coconut milk, boiling water, dates, maca golden spice blend, and sea salt flakes to the jar of the KitchenAid(R) Pro Line(R) Series Blender and blend on high speed for 2-3 minutes - EASY AS THAT!
- Divide between two big mugs and enjoy. Or pour half into one mug and save the other half for later. Golden milk can easily be reheated on the stove within 24 hours of making.
