Sesame Chicken Wings

  1. Remove tips of chicken wings; save for making soup.
  2. Cut each wing into two sections.
  3. Combine sesame seed, bread crumbs, paprika and salt in shallow dish.
  4. Dip chicken pieces in cream, using brush to coat completely; roll in crumb mixture.
  5. Refrigerate 1 hour. Place butter in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
  6. Melt in oven while oven preheats to 375u0b0.
  7. Remove from oven; turn chicken pieces in butter to coat completely.
  8. Bake in a moderate oven (375u0b0) for 40 minutes.
  9. Serve with Polynesian Glaze or bottled duck sauce.
  10. Makes about 36 appetizers.
