Chicken 65
- chicken Boneless - 500gms / 1/2 kg
- oil - as needed, to fry chicken pieces
- 4 tablespoons corn flour
- 1 tablespoon maida
- 2 tablespoons garlic paste
- 2 teaspoons chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- red food color - a pinch, optional
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1.tlean chicken pieces well using turmeric and rinse well for two more times.
- 2.take sure you completely drain the water from chicken pieces.
- 3.tix all the ingredients given under "to marianate " in a wide bowl.
- 4.tix well to incorporate all the ingredients.
- 5.tdd chicken pieces to the paste and mix well.
- 6.tet it sit for 2 hours or overnight in freezer.
- 7.teat a wok, then add oil to fry the chicken pieces.
- 8.tf you refrigerated the chicken, take out before 15 mins and let it to reach room temperature.
- 9.theck the oil is heated and keep it in medium flame to fry the chicken.
- 10.tlowly place 3 to 4 pieces of marinated chicken in oil and deep fry them.
- 11.train the oil completely and place it in kitchen towl.
- 12.tarnish with Onions,cilantro and lemon wedges before serving.
