  1. 1.tlean chicken pieces well using turmeric and rinse well for two more times.
  2. 2.take sure you completely drain the water from chicken pieces.
  3. 3.tix all the ingredients given under "to marianate " in a wide bowl.
  4. 4.tix well to incorporate all the ingredients.
  5. 5.tdd chicken pieces to the paste and mix well.
  6. 6.tet it sit for 2 hours or overnight in freezer.
  7. 7.teat a wok, then add oil to fry the chicken pieces.
  8. 8.tf you refrigerated the chicken, take out before 15 mins and let it to reach room temperature.
  9. 9.theck the oil is heated and keep it in medium flame to fry the chicken.
  10. 10.tlowly place 3 to 4 pieces of marinated chicken in oil and deep fry them.
  11. 11.train the oil completely and place it in kitchen towl.
  12. 12.tarnish with Onions,cilantro and lemon wedges before serving.
