Super Healthy Homemade Granola
- 2 1/2 cups rolled oats
- 5 3/8 tablespoons dried figs 5 pcs
- 4 3/8 tablespoons hazelnuts
- 3 tablespoons coconut oil
- 1 3/8 ounces goji berries
- 4 3/8 tablespoons almonds
- 3 1/4 tablespoons dates 7 pcs, without pecks
- 4 tablespoons honey
- 4 tablespoons chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons desiccated coconut
- Preheat the oven to 160u0b0C/320u0b0F.
- Melt the coconut oil (if not in liquid form). Roughly chop the almonds, hazelnuts, dates and figs.
- In a large bowl combine the oats, coconut, hazelnuts and almonds with coconut oil and honey.
- Transfer the mixture onto a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven for 15-20 minutes. Stir occasionally to get nice golden brown color. 5 minutes before end spread chia seeds around and give it one last stir.
- When ready, let it cool. Keep in an airtight container.
- Enjoy with yogurt, fruit or milk!
