Pasta Tossed With Tuna And Fresh Herbs
- 3/4 pound pasta shapes
- 1 15/16 ounces Flora Buttery or Flora Cuisine
- 1 red pepper seeds removed and finely chopped
- 4 ounces button mushrooms thickly sliced
- 1 1/4 cups sweetcorn can
- 7 ounces tuna can, in springwater, drained and flaked
- 3 tablespoons herbs chopped fresh, such as parsley, dill or coriander
- Cook the pasta according to packet instructions.
- Meanwhile, heat the Flora in a large pan, add the red pepper and mushrooms and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until soft and just beginning to turn golden brown. Stir in the sweetcorn and tuna, cover and cook very gently until piping hot. Season to taste.
- Drain the pasta and gently toss with the tuna mixture and the herbs.
- Serve immediately.
