Soft Tacos

  1. Brown ground beef in skillet; drain well.
  2. Add taco seasoning mix and water.
  3. Stir.
  4. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, 15 to 20 minutes, stirring occasionally until liquid is reduced.
  5. Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
  6. Combine enchilada sauce and soups.
  7. Set aside.
  8. Spoon meat mixture into taco shells.
  9. Arrange shells in two 9 x 9-inch square pans, in upright position by leaning them against each other.
  10. Pour combined sauces over the shells evenly.
  11. Sprinkle with cheese.
  12. Bake for 15 minutes.
  13. Makes 18 tacos.
