Honey Spiced Pork Loin (One Pot Recipe)
- oil for Greasing Pot
- 2 pounds pork tenderloin
- pepper
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon allspice
- 8 small red potatoes cut in half
- 3 carrots cut into coins
- 3 cups frozen green beans or Fresh
- Grease a dutch oven with oil and preheat your oven to 450 degrees.
- Season the pork loin with salt and pepper
- In a bowl combine the honey, Dijon mustard, ginger, cinnamon, cloves and allspice... mix together until completely smooth.
- Rub the pork loin with the honey mix and place in the dutch oven. Pour the rest of the mix over the pork and into the pot.
- Spread the potatoes, carrots and green beans throughout the rest of the pot.
- Cover the pot and place in oven for 45 minutes.
