Asian Beef Kaboom Kabobs

  1. In blender or food processor, blend cilantro, soy sauce, honey, vegetable oil, coriander seeds, garlic, and rice vinegar until mostly smooth; transfer half to large bowl along with beef. Toss beef to coat. Reserve remaining marinade for basting. Marinate beef at least 30 minutes or up to 1 day, covered and refrigerated.
  2. Thread beef on skewers. Grill on medium-high 6 to y minutes or until cooked through and charred in spots, turning and brushing with reserved marinade occasionally.
