Chicken With Maroilles Cheese And Leffe'S Beer

  1. Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
  2. Peel and slice the onions.
  3. In a pan, melt the butter, then add the sliced onions and saute until golden brown.
  4. Remove the onions from the pan, add the chicken and brown.
  5. Add the onions and beer.
  6. Cover and cook for 40 minutes on low heat.
  7. Cut Maroilles into small cubes.
  8. Mix the cream and Maroilles and add to the chicken.
  9. Continue cooking on low heat. Let the Maroilles melt.
  10. Accompany with french fries.
