Punjabi Bhunna Gosht (Fry Gosht)

  1. Fry onion in oil till golden brown.
  2. Add tomatoes, ginger, garlic and green chillies and fry for 2 minutes, then add mutton and spices and fry for another 3-5 minutes.
  3. Add 1-2 cup of water and cook on medium flame till meat is tender.
  4. Evaporate excess water on high heat till oil separates out.
  5. Sprinkle fresh coriander leaves and simmer.
