Peanut Butter & Chocolate Chips Cookies
- 7 tablespoons butter softened
- 3 3/4 tablespoons peanut butter
- 6 3/8 tablespoons sugar castor
- 7/8 cup plain flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips / raisins

- Preheat oven to 175 C.
- Beat butter and peanut butter.
- Add sugar and beat until light and fluffy.
- Sift together plain flour and baking soda.
- Mix in the butter mixture to form a dough.
- Add chocolate chips / raisins, mix well.
- Roll tablespoon of mixture into balls and place 2" apart on a cookie sheet.
- Slightly flatten balls with a fork.
- Bake for 12-14 minutes or until golden around edges.
- Remove from oven,leave for 2 minutes on the cookie sheet.
- Then transfer to wire rack to cool completely.
