Irish Stew

  1. Heat the oil in a large frying pan and brown the meat on all sides. Add the onions and garlic and saute with the meat. Add the stock and cook for 2 hours. In the meantime, wash the cabbage and cut into strips.
  2. About 30 minutes before the end of cooking, add the vegetables, cumin, salt and pepper. Before serving, season to taste and garnish with parsley.
