Codfish Salad

  1. Bake the codfish slices with a pinch of salt. Remove the bones and the skin. Set aside.
  2. Cut the savoy cabbage and zucchini very thin, and add to the codfish with the garlic and coriander to taste.
  3. Prepare the vinaigrette with balsamic vinegar, olive oil, sesame seeds, pepper, and oregano.
  4. Season the codfish and vegetables with the vinaigrette and check the salt.
  5. Before serving add the grapes cut in four.
  6. This is a very fresh meal that is ideal for summer parties.
