Easy Chinese Sukiyaki

  1. Brown hamburger and drain well.
  2. Add garlic salt to taste.
  3. Put celery, onion and pepper in pan with tight lid and cook over moderate (warm) heat for 15 minutes.
  4. (Check on them; want veggies crunchy.)
  5. Combine vegetables with soup, bean sprouts, mushrooms, burger and water mixed with bouillon cube and cornstarch.
  6. Heat through.
  7. Add 2 tablespoons soy sauce; toss until well mixed. Serve over cooked rice.
  8. Serves 4 to 8.
