Crock-Pot Ravioli

  1. Cook the noodles to al dente stage; drain.
  2. Brown meats and onion; drain. Add tomatoes, tomato paste, salt and Italian seasoning. Cover and simmer 30 minutes.
  3. Put half of the noodles in buttered crock-pot. Top with half of the meat mixture. Top meat mixture with Cheddar and Mozzarella cheeses.
  4. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and 1 cup sour cream.
  5. Repeat layers. Cook in crock-pot until hot and bubbly.
