Crock-Pot Ravioli
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. corkscrew noodles
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1/2 lb. pork sausage
- 1 onion, diced
- 28 oz. can stewed tomatoes
- 2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
- shredded Cheddar cheese
- shredded Mozzarella cheese
- grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 c. sour cream
- Cook the noodles to al dente stage; drain.
- Brown meats and onion; drain. Add tomatoes, tomato paste, salt and Italian seasoning. Cover and simmer 30 minutes.
- Put half of the noodles in buttered crock-pot. Top with half of the meat mixture. Top meat mixture with Cheddar and Mozzarella cheeses.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and 1 cup sour cream.
- Repeat layers. Cook in crock-pot until hot and bubbly.
