Chocolate Chip Pudding Cookies
- 6 eggs
- 3/4 cup white sugar
- 2 1/4 cups brown sugar
- 1 1/2 cups margarine melted
- 1 1/2 cups vegetable shortening melted
- 3 ounces instant vanilla pudding boxes of
- 3 teaspoons baking soda level tsp.
- 1 teaspoon salt level tsp.
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 7 3/4 cups flour
- 2 bags semi sweet chocolate chips
- Beat eggs in mixing bowl. Add sugar, margarine and shortening. When mixed well, add 3 boxes of instant pudding. Add vanilla flavoring.
- In a separate bowl, mix all dry ingredients. Gradually add dry mixture to the egg mixture.
- Add chocolate chips.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes in 350 degree oven. When cookies are removed from oven they should just barely be finished baking, since the pudding will continue to set as the cookies cool.
