Chocolate Chip Pudding Cookies

• 6 eggs
• 3/4 cup white sugar
• 2 1/4 cups brown sugar
• 1 1/2 cups margarine melted
• 1 1/2 cups vegetable shortening melted
• 3 ounces instant vanilla pudding boxes of
• 3 teaspoons baking soda level tsp.
• 1 teaspoon salt level tsp.
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 7 3/4 cups flour
• 2 bags semi sweet chocolate chips

1. Beat eggs in mixing bowl. Add sugar, margarine and shortening. When mixed well, add 3 boxes of instant pudding. Add vanilla flavoring.
2. In a separate bowl, mix all dry ingredients. Gradually add dry mixture to the egg mixture.
3. Add chocolate chips.
4. Bake for 10-12 minutes in 350 degree oven. When cookies are removed from oven they should just barely be finished baking, since the pudding will continue to set as the cookies cool.
