Barbecue Sauce
- 1 (28 oz.) bottle Kraft barbecue sauce
- 4 c. Heinz ketchup
- strong dash of Tabasco
- 1/2 lb. dark brown sugar
- 1/4 c. yellow mustard
- 1/4 c. Creole mustard
- 1/4 c. red wine vinegar
- 1/4 c. liquid smoke
- 2 large Tbsp. dehydrated onion, minced
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 tsp. lemon pepper seasoning
- 2 heaping Tbsp. chili powder
- 3 Tbsp. Lea & Perrins Worcestershire
- 8 chicken bouillon cubes
- 2 (15 oz.) cans Hunt's tomato sauce
- 1 c. honey
- 2 c. water
- Combine all ingredients in a large pot.
- Simmer over low heat for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
- Store tightly in glass jars.
- Will keep in refrigerator indefinitely.
