Pineapple Upside Down Cake

- 1 slice syrup
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 1/2 sticks butter
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup condensed milk
- 2 cups flour
- 2 tablespoons baking powder
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- Cover a bundt cake mold with a light layer of butter or cooking spray and flour.
- Place 4 to 6 slices of pineapple at the bottom of the mold.
- Pour 1 cup of sugar into a pan and caramelize the sugar by heating it up on low heat until it becomes dark and somewhat liquefied. Add the caramelized sugar into the cake mold onto the pineapples.
- Melt the butter in a small pot, and then add the remaining sugar into the pot and mix well. Add the melted butter to a bowl and allow to cool slightly.
- Add the eggs and mix well.
- Add the milk, flour, baking powder and pineapple syrup and mix everything well.
- Pour the mixture into the bundt cake mold.
- Place the mold in the oven and bake for 45 minutes.
